A assembly of 2 parcels on Stanley Ave, totalling 1.3 acres, over looking the Sir Adam Beck Hydro Reservoir. 

A 4 plex residential and duplex residential.

 Allowing for a maximum building height of over 60m, future zoning allowing for a  Convention center and potential mixed use development. 

Funding for upto 120 million dollars was guaranteed for this project.
